The latest integrated line from Serpa featured a high speed horizontal cartoner running vials at 250 products per minute. Two inserts were loaded at high speeds using our High Speed Automatic Insert Feeding System and cartons were printed with an integrated laser printer. From there, cartons were sent to our side load case packer, where they were collated on a high speed upstacker, loaded, labeled and discharged.
