Serpa’s continuous motion horizontal cartoner is ideal for pharmaceutical bottle packaging. This project featured two integrated Serpa high speed insert feeders and an additional integrated third party feeder running at speeds of up to 200 products per minute.

VIDEO: Modular Tamper Evident Labeler
Watch Serpa’s modular tamper evident labeler, added on to a cartoner line as an added layer of security. The TEL10 was designed with a positive traction roller, which prevents labels from being skewed during application. This labeler has quick-disconnect labeling heads and can handle speeds of up to 400 cartons per minute.
